Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A School Psychologist position is available working primarily with elementary students (Grades K-5). This role focuses on conducting psychological assessments, testing, and facilitating IEP meetings to support student learning and development. While the position is based in Antioch, TN, remote candidates will be considered, though there is a preference for an onsite provider to better support the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological testing and assessments for elementary students
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
- Support students social-emotional and behavioral needs within the school setting
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working primarily with elementary school-aged children (Grades K-5)
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and IEP processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school personnel and families
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work onsite preferred; remote candidates considered
